Biography: Cecil was the once glorious king of Galifrey, living a normal life.. Shortly after his children were born, Cecil began to work on what is Nowadays' main form of Magic.. Proud of his accomplishment, he had shared his discovery with the rest of his world, declaring it "The World of Magic". After wards, he and the strongest potentialed young men of Galifrey constructed a series of buildings that would look like runes from above... These runes formed into a Holyja, and would have to sacrifice a life if casted alone.. When his eldest son, Alexander was only 15, a huge swarm of Heartless enveloped the planet, attempting to avoid it.. Regrettably, they succeeded to take his heart before he was able to set off the Holyja spell.. He had arisen as The Dark King, watching over Galifrey's corrupted lands.. That was, until numerous things began happening that caught his interest...

Leciex is Cecil's nobody, completely devoid of emotion, but will be reasonable, traveling around the universe with the heartless of his middle son, Steve. Leciex seems to care a bit for all of his children, but won't react really to you just saying their names.. If face to face with them, he's mildly protective, and supportive of them.
