Chiru is the king of The World of Music, where everything was gorgeous and harmonious. The heartless destroyed that, and left Chiru alone and orphaned. He hasn't sang ever since his world was destroyed, but if you get him to, it's rather heavenly, though he hates to admit it..... Chiru's rather derpy, and will occasionally do very VERY stupid shit....

It seems fine, I guess, but it kinda looks like this ability could be easily abused. Just try to take it easy with this one. Approved.
