Neutral shackles - If someone fights on his world, shackles go around their ankle, and shock them unoncious with neutral energy. Doesn't count as electricity damage, and WILL knock out someone, no matter who or what they are... Only happens if a fight breaks out on his world, otherwise useless.

Biography: The king of Karuka, and called "His Neutralness". He is both loved and feared by his people.. He makes sure the balance is kept between Light and Dark, and provides a safe haven for foreigners in need.. He can be kind, but he has a short temper, preferring to pin you down with his magic, and mess you up, other than direct confrontation. He has 3 sons, and one daughter.. His eldest child, and son Rin is currently learning things, and being taken under his wing. (almost literally)
