Teleporation (Allowed to travel world to world.. tires him out easily, so he's not able to do it often.. Only allowed to do it outta combat or attempting to make a last-minute escape)
Malfunction (Able to make a device malfunction.. Coin-flip to determine if the device stops working at all. Heads = stop, Tails = still activated)
Chameleon (Able to blend into surroundings.. If people look hard enough, they can see the outline of the character.. Spell can be used only out of combat, or when severely injured)
Charm (Slight mind control.. Makes people think he's adorable.. Can be seen as an aura)
Suggestion (Slight mind control.. Able to be interrupted)
Read Aura - can read the aura of people to tell whether or not they're lieing, or to see their true intent. Can also tell emotions through this..

He seems to be running away from a life of royalty to try and have normal friends, and a normal life, while strife continues, as his Father has fallen terminally ill... Xerxes is the only child of the Cerubian Royal bloodline, and hates it to no end... Xerxes has now crash landed into Destiny Island, and is looking to rebuild his ship for further exploration.
