Name: Kotei the Emperor
Age: Appears to be only seven years old
Personality: When acting nice, he appears to be kind, gentle, sweet, and innocent. When he gets back to his normal self, he becomes cold, emotionless, cruel, and uncaring
Race: Heartless(Complete)
Weapon: Mainly uses small weapons like knives or daggers or other things that can be hidden
Class: Rogue
Spells/Abilities: Has increased agility
Has increased reflexes
Has increased senses
Has increased defense
Can use stealth without being detected(Stealth lasts for five to seven turns)
Unusually darkflows by using darkness
Selfish Desire: Kotei's Complete Ability is to manipulate and control the darkness around him and use it to form into any form or shape he's seen before. This ability also extends to himself, and this ability is said to be very symbolic of himself and his true power. Anything else about this ability is currently unknown.
Additional Information: Kotei is about the size of a child and looks like one too, he appears to be mainly focused on training in his free time, thinking friendship or bonds are unimportant
Biography: When Kotei was a somebody, he got injured one day when trying to recover a playing toy for his friend. When he woke up, he had no recollection of who he was, or how he was suppose to feel towards others, and was often outcasted for this. When he became a heartless, he regained his memories while his nobody did not. Being the more darker and cruel side to Kotei's original somebody, he intends to make everyone in the universe suffer for what had happened to him, and this drove him on to make him a Complete Heartless. His ambition was noticed by Shadow the King of Hearts, and he was made The Emperor for this, his ideas now also involving wanting to gain control over his world so that he can properly give punishment to it. He is probably one of the oddest of The Fates, as he tries to obscure himself from all those except people he finds respectable.
