Biography: Rexy has mysteriously appeared after the death of Xel, and seems to have known this perfectly all along. However, he appears too lazy to do anything, which is why this may be how he didn't get to become number one. Then again, he hates being a leader, and will do anything to get as low as possible. There are many mysteries revolving around him, and he seems to have several of them connected to the Organization somehow. | |
